Steps

In a big bowl soak moong dal in 3 cup water for 5 hours.

Drain all the water completely.
Spread the soaked moong dal on a towel for dry water. - 3
Heat oil in a deep pan add the dal to deep fry on medium hot oil.

Cook till dal starts to get a light colour. Strain and remove the dal over paper towel.

Allow it to little cool and add red chilli powder and salt, mix well.
- 6
Enjoy crunchy moong dal namkeen with tea or coffee or any drinks
