  1. Number of potatoes to your preference
  2. Oil for frying
  3. Season of choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cube your potatoes

  2. 2

    Heat your oil then blanch your chips for 4 mins

    Drain from the oil let it cool for some mins then deep fry it back for 2mins
