Soak rice in water for 10 minutes and grind into mixer

Boil milk on low flame and add grinded rice

Stir occasionally until the mixture thickens

Mix sugar and chocolate syrup and stir continuously for 5 minutes

Switch off the flame and let it cool on room temperature

Keep in fridge

Take out chocolate phirni in serving bowls and garnish with chopped cashewnuts and chocolate syrup

Serve chilled.
