4 servings
  • 500 gpasta
  • 150 gmushrooms
  • Saffron
  • Chopped onion
  • Spoonfulcream
  • Parsley and Parmesan to serve
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook pasta according to instructions in salted water. Fry onion, in oil, add mushrooms then saffron. Cook for about 6-7 mins

    Add cream and ladle of pasta cooking water and cook for another 2-3 mins

    Drain pasta, add to sauce. Serve with parsley and Parmesan :)
