Wash onion, tomatoes, pepper and diced them seprately and set aside

Heat up a small pot or frying pan and once its hot, add veg oil then add onions and fry for about a minute before adding tomatoes and pepper

Allow it cook through for 5 to 7 minutes before adding salt and knorr cube;

Stir in your grill chicken and cover pot and put on low heat for about 3 minutes then turn off heat
- 5
Serve boiled plantain or boiled yam
