Melt sugar in a pan without stirring

Pour water after the sugar caramelized and stir until it dissolves completely

Add milk and boil on medium flame

Add roasted vermicelli and cook until it soften

Switch off the flame

Heat clarified butter in a pan and Roast dryfruits
- 7
Add caramel syrup and dryfruits when the paysam cool completely
- 8
Serve chilled after keeping in fridge
