Ingredients

  1. 4Onion
  2. 4tomato
  3. 5-6garlic
  4. 1/2 spoonGinger
  5. 2service spoon refined oil
  6. 1/2 spoonzeera
  7. 1kasturi Methi leaves
  8. 3-4curry leaves
  9. 4-5long
  10. 2/2cardamom (black and green)
  11. 3-4 stickdaalchini
  12. 2 spoontomato sauce
  13. 2 bowlmilk
  14. 3-4Coriendor leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut each onion into 5-6 pieces and Fry onion, garlic,and ginger in a pan until it gets brown colour.

  2. 2

    Cut tomato in a jar and add fried onions, garlic, ginger. Grind it very fine.

  3. 3

    Saute jeera,daalchini, curry leaves, long, Methi leaves cardamom in a oiling pan. Add grinded material in the pan and fry it. Add red chilli powder, salt and tomato sauce in it.

  4. 4

    Add milk and stir it continuously. At last add cheese (paneer) in it. Garnish with coriendor leaves
