Ingredients

  1. 50 gramfennel seeds
  2. 10-12black pepper
  3. 8-10green cardamom
  4. 20 gramwatermelon seeds
  5. 10 grampoppyseed
  6. 20almonds
  7. 20cashews
  8. 20pistachio
  9. 1 ltr milk
  10. 2 tspsugar
  11. Pinchsaffron
  12. 2-3 tbspgulkand

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind all masalas & Dryfruits.

  2. 2

    Boil milk add sugar, masala & saffron. Mix well & cool down

  3. 3

    Grind gulkand in some water or milk. Add in to masala milk. Served chilled. If you want it to little thin add some water.
