Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 gspaghetti
  2. Spoonfulsquid ink about 5 g
  3. 200of prawns
  4. to taste Fresh chilli
  5. Handfulchopped cherry tomatoes
  6. Olive oil
  7. Glug of wine
  8. Chopped onion
  9. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook pasta according to instructions in salted water. Fry onion in oil. Add chilli. Add prawns and cook for 5-6 mins, add wine and let it evaporate. Add chopped tomatoes and cook on medium heat for further 3-4 mins.

    Meanwhile, add spoonful of pasta cooking water to the ink and stir

    Drain pasta one min before cooking time, add to prawns, add ink and mix for one min. Delicious!
