Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice flour
  • 1 cupdesiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cupdate palm jaggery
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 pinchsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare a batter with rice flour salt and milk

  2. 2

    Whisk well and keep aside

  3. 3

    Now heat a skillet and spread the mixture

  4. 4

    Cover it till it is cooked

  5. 5

    Turn over and cook for a while

  6. 6

    Serve it with coconut and jaggery
