Wash fish with vinegar and strain.

Fry fish and set aside.

Grate onion, scotch bonnet, sweet pepper together.

Stir fry grated veggies add the fish, seasoning and spices. Lower the heat. Live for 3 mins then serve.

Garnish with cucumber and tomato
