Ingredients

15 cuppies
  • 1,1/4 cup of Sieved flour
  • 3/4 cupssugar
  • 3/4 cupveg oil
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspvinegar
  • 1egg
  • 1 tbspredfood colour
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspvanilla extract/essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure all the dry ingredients in a bowl

  2. 2

    Mix egg,sugar and oil with mixer until you get a smooth paste

  3. 3

    Add the dry ingredients to the paste and mix well

  4. 4

    Add vinger,vanilla and red food color one at a time and mix

  5. 5

    Bake for 20-25mins in a preheated oven
