I came up with this recipe because of wanting some ranch dressing and just using what I have. It turns out that it’s some of the best ranch I have ever had.

Needed something to dip a potato chip in. And since I only go to the grocery store once a week, time to concoct a game day potion. Let me know how you like it.

I was in a hurry to through something together before the Patriots game, so I used pre made chicken nuggets, next time will make my own or use wings. Still very tasty!

My 13 year old son's favorite snack!

We had some leftover buffalo and wasn't enough for a whole family, so I creatively turned it into nachos. Let's just say this will be a new family favorite, buffalo gives it a nice surprise. I recently had a miscarriage, then just two weeks after it, I found out I have chronic congestive heart failure, I'm only in my 30s! My other half has it too, so we're changing our diet to well, live longer. We found buffalo at our local meat market.

I have some picky eater so not all of it was spicy 🌶. But I thought it was good both ways.

I love buffalo chicken with homemade blue cheese sauce and what isn't good with macaroni and cheese. This is my quick easy fusion of the two dishes.
