Ingredients

  1. 1small sized pawpaw
  2. 2medium sized mangoes
  3. Juice of 1 lemon
  4. Sugar (if using)
  5. 3-5fresh dates

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and remove the seeds from the pawpaw, wash and chop into chunks.

  2. 2

    Wash and peel mangoes, chop the flesh into chunks

  3. 3

    Remove seeds from the date and wash

  4. 4

    Add both mangoes, date and pawpaw into a blender or a juicer.

  5. 5

    Blend till smooth adding water little at a time

  6. 6

    When finished seive using a cheese cloth, Add sugar and lemon juice,stir.

  7. 7

    Top with ice (if you like it cold) and serve. Enjoy
