Take 1 cup raw mango and boil it for 2 Minutes in high flame.

And then in a jar add mango and mints....and grind it.

Then ; in a pan add 2 cup sugar and add 1 cup water (u can use that water also which u hv used to boil the raw mangoes). And then let it be boil for 3 minutes and then add 2 pinch black pepper;2 pinch zeera powder and then add 1/4th teespon citric acid....and then cook it for 5 minutes in low medium flame...until this consistency 👇

And then let it be cool down...then in a glass add lemon juice then mints leaves and then add 4 tbsp syrup and then add soda water or water.

Then serve it chilled....it's ready...u can store that squash for 1 month in refrezator
