Preheat oven to 180 and line cake tin

Blanch and blend spinach to smooth puree. Mash ripe banana and keep it aside

As mentioned, remove 2 tbsp flour from 1 cup. Add cornstarch and baking powder. Sieve mixture twice

In a bowl, mix banana, spinach puree, oil and vanilla extract

Add sugar to dry ingredients and mix well. Slowly add wet ingredients and mix

Mix batter until well combined. Pour into prepared pan

Bake for 25-35 minutes until done.Allow to cool for 30 minutes. Demould and cool completely

Dust cake with Icing sugar or Frost and serve
