For the stew chop 1whole onion,,heat the pan keep oil fry oinions till brown add tomatoes,,fry mix with the onion add half teaspoon of tumeric and a pinch of black pepper,mix continue cooking add French and black bean stir let it cook for 15 mins low heat add royco let it cook for 10 minutes serve with rice
