  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Frying oil
  • Salt

30 mins
  1. 1

    Wash the omena with warm water then drain water

  2. 2

    Heat oil then deep fry omena till crunchy

  3. 3

    Add onions then fry till golden brown

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and salt. Cook for 5mins
