Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsemolina
  2. 1/2 cupjaggery powder
  3. 1 cup+ 1/2 cupwater
  4. 2 tspraisin
  5. 1 tspchop unsalted pista
  6. 2 tspclarified butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add water,raisin and jaggery powder mix and make a jaggery syrup.

    Take a nonstick pan add butter then add semolina mix and roast for golden colour then add jaggery syrup and cook for thick consistency.

    Then serve garnish chop pista.
