  • Spinach
  • Egusi
  • Red oil
  • Spring onion
  • Jajjage
  • Spices
  • Seasonings

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and sliced d spinach into pieces

  2. 2

    Place d pot on fire and add red oil and onion

  3. 3

    Add jajjage and fry well

  4. 4

    Add spices and seasoning

  5. 5

    Make a paste of egusi by adding little water into d egusi powder

  6. 6

    Add d egusi paste into d soup and stir well add little water and leave to boil

  7. 7

    Add d sliced spinach and cover d pot to cook for 3-5 minutes

  8. 8

    Enjoy wit any kind of swallow
