  • 2 lbpork roast
  • 1 Tfresh dill; minced
  • 2 tonion powder
  • 2 tgarlic powder
  • 1lemon; zested
  • 1/3 Chorseradish mustard
  • 1large pinch kosher salt & black pepper
  • as neededolive oil

    Cover pork loin with enough oil to coat.

  2. 2

    Season both sides with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. 3

    Roast at 350° for approximately 1 hour or until pork reaches desired doneness. Spread horseradish atop roast during last few minutes of cooking process.

    Garnish with lemon zest and dill.
