Kanda-Poha is originally Maharashtrian recipe, Now we all cooked this and eaten happily..
Very simple and tasty snack recipe. You can cook in breakfast or tea time.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Heat oil
Meanwhile Wash poha in strainer and keep aside - 2
Fry peanuts for few seconds in hot oil and keep a side

Now add mustard seed, cumin and green chilli
Add onion and curry leaf...stir and fry 2 minutes on medium flame - 4
Add onion...stir and fry 2 minutes on medium flame

Add turmeric, salt and some water and stir
- 6
Add poha and stir well
Cook for a minute
Serve hot
