Steps

Remove dirt from beans and soak in water for 20mins

Wash and peel the skins till its completely off

Blend with Little water with onions and pepper

After blending. Pour into a bowl add a little salt and mix well by incorporating air into it

Place a sauce pan on fire

Pour enough vegetable oil inside

Wait till its hot

Scoop the bean batter inside the hot oil and fry

Till it it's brown

Bring it out using a fork and put inside a bowl or colander lined with disposable towel to absorb the oil

Your Akara is ready
