  3. Yam
  4. Vegetable oil
  5. Salt
  6. Egg
  7. Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the plantain and yam add a pinch of salts.heat up vegetable oil and fry

  2. 2

    Boil water and pour in the oat to boil for 5minutes.

  3. 3

    Slice pepper,onion beat egg and heat up vegetable oil fry the onion and pepper to fry add salt to the egg and pour in to fry.
