1/2 cupsabudana (soaked)
2-3potatoes (boiledand mashed)
1/2 cuproasted peanuts
1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
1 tspjeera (cumin seeds) powder
2green chilli chopped
1 tbsplemon juice
1/2 tspsendha namak
As neededrefined oil for frying

Wash and soak sabudana in water for 3 hours

After 3 hours remove extra water from sabudana

Mix in boiled mashed potatoes

Add other ingredients

Give shape of tikki
6

Heat oil in a pan
7

Deep fry all tikkies till golden brown
8

Serve with chutney
