Wash the dry chiwda properly.

Put the pan on flame and pour some oil in it.

Add curry patta and mustard seeds in oil. Let it cook for 30 sec.

Add chopped onion and cook it for 1 min. Then add all the chopped vegetables in the pan and cook it till it gets halfcooked.

Now add all the spices according to your taste. Cook for 30 seconds. Then add washed chiwda in the pan.

Mix all the things properly. Now pour some squeezed lemon juice and mix it well.

Your healthy poha is ready to serve and sprinkle some coriander leaves for garnishing.
