Beat the curd till it is smooth in texture.

Add garam masala, salt, turmeric to the curd and add mix properly.

Add the rinsed poha to the curd.

Stir the mixture properly till it is thick.

Try the spoon test (let the spoon stay in the mixture and see if it stands still in the mixture on it's own). The mixture should be thick enough for the spoon to stand steady. (this is the actual mixture).

Oil a dish and add the mixture to it and spread it.

Let it cool, garnish it with coriander and cut medium pieces of it and serve!
