You can make whole cauliflower or break in big florets. Par boil cauliflower. Take a big vessel. Add 1 Tsp Salt and 1/2 Tsp turmeric powder. Boil water. Put cauliflower in it. Boil it till it's half done. Strain and keep aside.

Take a wok. Add oil. Heat. Add bay leaves and whole red chillies. Now add chopped onion. Cook till onions change colour. Add ginger and garlic paste. Cook. Add all masalas. Cook. Add tomatoes. Cook till oil oozes out. Add curd. Mix properly.

Now add cauliflower. Mix with masala. Cook on medium to low flame. Check. When it's done switch off flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
