Ingredients

  1. ForFor grinding:
  2. 200 gmsMoong dal soaked
  3. 1 inchginger
  4. handfulgreen coriander leaves
  5. 4 clovespeeled garlic
  6. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1Green chilli
  8. forFor soaking balls:
  9. 250 gmscurd
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1 tspchat masala
  12. 1 tspcumin roasted, griended
  13. 1 tspcoriander seeds roasted, griended
  14. 1 pinchfennal seeds roasted, griended
  15. 1 tspblack salt
  16. 1 tspsalt
  17. 1 tspmint powder
  18. as requiredOil for frying

Steps

20 mimiutes
  1. 1

    In a mixture grinder add all grinding things.

  2. 2

    Grind it with the help of little amount of water.make it fine paste.

  3. 3

    In a Heat pan add oil,let it hot.put Dal mixtures balls in it.

  4. 4

    Fry it golden.

  5. 5

    Take it out and put it in salty water for 5 miniutes,they gets fluffy.

  6. 6

    Keep it a side for cool.

  7. 7

    Now take a bowl,put curd in it.whisks it.

  8. 8

    Now grind all roasted spices.

  9. 9

    Put it in curd,whisk it again.

  10. 10

    Add salt,and all remaining things.

  11. 11

    Add all soaked balls in it.keep it an hour for getting best taste.

    Arrange it in a serving tray.

  13. 13

    Garnish it with red chilli flakes and coriander leaves
