Ingredients

  1. 250 gmchicken
  2. 2 tbspbutter
  3. 2 tbspall purpose flour
  4. 250 mlmilk
  5. 1 cupboiled noodles
  6. 1/2 cupprocessed cheese
  7. 1/2 cupcheddar cheese
  8. 2 tspgggpaste
  9. 1 tspfull only green chilli paste
  10. 2 tspcoriander leaves chopped
  11. 1 tspblackpeppee powder
  12. 1/2 tspmixed herbs
  13. 1/2 tspsalt
  14. 2eggs
  15. 1large bowl breadcrumbs
  16. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all pressure cook chicken using gggpaste till completely cooked and dried. Shred the chicken and keep it aside.

    Take a deep large pan. Add butter and all purpose flour and saute till it becomes soft and fluffy. Now slowly add little by little milk so that lumps do not form. Stiring and mixing continuously. Mixture will become gel form not very thin nor thick.

    Now add green chilli paste, and all seasonings: pepper, mixed herb, salt. Mix it properly.

    Take a greased tray. Pour this mixture 1/2 inch thick evenly in your tray. Chill this in refrigerater dor about 2 hrs.

    Add shredded chicken, boiled noodles and cheese and mix it properly. Now coriander leaves and mix.

  6. 6

    After 2 hrs it will be completely set. Cut into pieces however you like. I prefer square shape.

  7. 7

    Now take each kabab deep it in beaten egg and roll it in breadcrumbs. And deep fry in hot oil.

    Melt in mouth marshmellow kabab is ready to serve.
