Wash and cut the edges of the veggie. Take all the ingredients and mix well

Cut the veggie into halves and marinate in the mixture. Keep for 10 mins to rest.

Now take a kadai, heat oil and add the veggie. Mix well. Add 1 cup water. Cover and cook till done.

When done, remove in the bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream.
