Ingredients

  • 1 packetHakka noodles
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1 teaspoonSoya sauce
  • 1 teaspoonghee
  • 1 teaspoontomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil noodles.

  2. 2

    Add ghee in a pan and stir till it gets heated.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion, tomato.

  4. 4

    Add all the masalas.

  5. 5

    Add tomato sauce and soya sauce to cook for 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add boil noodles and cook for 5 minutes and the noodles are ready to serve.
