Ingredients

  • 1 ltrfull fat milk
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupshort grain soaked rice
  • 3 tbsp thandai masala
  • 4 tbspchopped dry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat milk in a pan when milk comes boiling add soaked rice

    Cook at slow flame now add sugar,thandai powder mix it together

    When kheer becomes thick switch off the flame garnish with chopped dry fruits
