Steps

1

Mix the yellow pap with water and pour hot water over it.it will thicken allow to cool and stir.

Wash and blend beans with onion and pepper add small quantity of warm water afd salt to taste.
3

Heat up vegetable oil.scoope in the akara mixture to fry.fry with enough vegetable oil turn and fry the other side.repeat till it finishes.
