Ingredients

12 servings
  1. Loafbread (remove crust)
  2. 1/2 kgCubed chicken
  3. 1/2 cupCheese
  4. 1Egg
  5. Sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove crusts from bread and roll out slightly with rolling pin.

  2. 2

    Cook chicken in some oil or butter. Top bread with cubed chicken filling, sauce of choice and a sprinkle of cheese

  3. 3

    Fold into a triangle shape.. ensure the ends are well secured...press down with fork

  4. 4

    Brush the tops with egg and and sprinkle of sesame seeds

  5. 5

    Bake till crispy...enjoy with chilli sauce...
