Apply the mixture on one side of the bread.Heat oil on a non-stick tawa. Put the bread and cook till done on both sides.

In a large bowl mix together semolina, yogurt, onion, green capsicum, tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder and coriander leaves and mix well. Set aside for five minutes

Serve hot with tomato sauce
