Wash and soak sabudana in1/2 cup water for 3 hours

Remove and spread on lenin cloth for 1/2 an hour

Heat oil in a pan

Fry potato and remove on plate

Crushed peanuts

Add red chilli, cumin seeds, peanut in pan,

Mix well and add potato and salt

Add sabudana

When sabudana looks transperent add sugar, lemon juice and coriander

Spread cashew nuts too
