Ingredients

  • 250 gbutter
  • 150 gsugar
  • 6eggs
  • 350 gflour
  • Halftablespoon nutmeg
  • 1tblspoon baking powder
  • 1 spoonvanilla
  • 100 gdesssicated coconut
  • pinchLemon zest

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add sugar, butter n cream until soft and fluffy.

  2. 2

    Slowly add egg and mix well

  3. 3

    Lightly mix the sieve flour, baking powder, dedicated coconut and mix well.

  4. 4

    Turn in the mixture into the baking pan or cupcake pan, bake in the oven for 30mins or more
