Take a pan heat oil in a pan add chopped onion saute till pink.. Add boiled mashed potatoes..

Now add green peas or grated carrot mix well.. Now add salt, red chilli powder, gram masala chat masala mix it... Add fresh coriander leaves mix well... Turn off flame.. Cool down..sandwich stuffing is ready..

Take a 1 bread slices spread stuffing cover another bread slices press gently..

Rost the sandwich with butter on both sides till golden or crispy...

Your veggies sandwich is ready to serve with tea or tomato sauce..
