Ingredients

  • 4boil potato
  • 1 tbspchopped green chilli
  • 1onion grated
  • To taste Red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Ginger powder or paste
  • 2.pinch Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp maida
  • To taste Salt
  • 1 cup Vermicelli
  • As needed Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Potato the potato and add allspices and salt.mix will

  2. 2

    Mix in bowl maida and corn flour with pinch of salt water and make paste.Grease hands with oil.Take some portion.make nest shape. Dip into paste.

    Coating with vermicelli now deep fry the nest both side 2-3min.

  4. 4

    Take some panner add some salt.make some small eggs and garnish with egg and coriander leaves.
