Chayote and Chicken Teriyaki

Just had to clear out the fridge. So here goes 😆

Ingredients

15 minutes
  1. 1chicken breast, cut into cubes
  2. 1big chayotes, peeled and cut into cubes
  3. 3red chillies, slice at an angle
  4. Oil for frying
  5. Some water
  6. Teriyaki sauce as desired
  7. 3garlics, smashed and minced

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Put the oil in pan. Fry the garlics until fragrant. Add the water.

  2. 2

    Add in the chayotes, cook until they turn slightly translucent.

  3. 3

    Then add in the chicken. Cook until they turn colour.

  4. 4

    Add in the chillies and then the teriyaki sauce. Simmer.

  5. 5

    Turn off the heat. Serve.
