Ingredients

  • 2 cupsbeans
  • 3classic Onga and 1 stew sachet
  • 1sardine
  • 3boiled eggs
  • 1 table spoonpalm oil
  • 2 cuphot water
  • 2large peppers, one onion, 3 small peppers
  • 2 spoonsgrounded cray fish,

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak your beans for 3 minutes,remove the back,cut your onions, pepper, small peppers.

    Grind it,i use blender to grind mine so I added 2 cups of water to the blender, after grinding,add palm oil,onga,cray fish.

    I will use containers for steaming, so, Rub palm oil to the tins to avoid sticking.

    Cut ur sardine into pieces and your eggs into two.

    Now add your batter into your tins and arrange the toppings on top. The first one I added raw whole eggs.

    Add hot water to a pot and arrange them allow them to steam for 45-1hrs. Serve with sauce, yaji or with nothing.
