I put this on the ribs at room temperature and let them set for an hour before putting in the oven. I then brush on a light coat of BBQ sauce to both sides while baking in oven or while on grill each hour. They were eaten so fast, I didn't get a picture!!

1 CCajun seasoning
1/2 Csmoked paprika
3 Tbspbrown sugar
1 Tbspgarlic powder
1 Tbspcumin
1 tspsalt
1 tspcayenne

Mix all ingredients together and put in a spice jar or plastic bag. This will last for weeks. It's delicious!
