Wash and cut roundels of carrot
Wash and cut Amla
Boil all of them.
Now take a wok or skillet and add boiled amla and carrot with their own little water.
Add sugar(i used khand) or as per taste.
Add Cardamom seeds
Add green saunf for fragrance.
Boil on sim till the carrot and amla absorb the whole chashni and it becomes thick.
Add little sesame seeds and mix them.
