  • 2 cupplain yogurt
  • 1large riped mango
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 cupchilled water

    Wash mango and peel skin, remove mango flesh and add to a blender, add 2cups yoghurt, add 2tbsp sugar, add 1/2cup water and blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
