Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsmawa grated and crushed Cardamom powder
  2. 150 gramsanjeer chopped
  3. 50 gm cashewnut chopped
  4. 50 grampistachios chopped
  5. 50 gramalmond chopped
  6. 1 tbspnEverest milk masala
  7. 1 cupMaida flour
  8. 1 cupSugar syrup as required
  9. 50 gmchironji

Cooking Instructions

    Roast mawa with anjeer till mixed properly

    Now mix all dry fruit in it

  3. 3

    Roll Puri from dough stuff anjeer mix in it fold gujiya

  4. 4

    Dip fry in oil and dip in chashni.

  5. 5

    Serve by garnished with almond and pistachio chopped

  6. 6
