    Wash omena with warm water and set aside

  2. 2

    Heat pan with oil then deep fry omena till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add onions and tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Add salt then mix well

  5. 5

    Cook till mixed well.

  6. 6

    Serve with Kienyeji
