Ingredients

430 gmsall purpose flour
300 gmsugar
450 gmbutter/ margarine
1 tbspbaking powder
Handfulraisins
Handfulmilk chocolate chips
Tspcinnamon powder
Tspsalt (optional)
8eggs
1&1/2 tbsp vanilla flavor or any of your choice

Weigh out everything precisely and prepare tins two 8inch (can work too)

Beat sugar and butter till fluffy add in eggs one at a time.

Add cinnamon powder and flavor. Pre heat your oven 180 degrees.

Fold in the flour into 3 batches do not over mix

Fold in the raisins and chocolate chips make sure you first coat them with flour so that they do not sink at the bottom.

Pour the batter into the prepared tins I used one square 8inch pan and a loaf tin

Bake into the preheated oven for 40-60mins until its done

Take out of the oven and let it cool enjoy
