Passion fruit is a nutritious tropical fruit. It has a hard outer layer and juicy seeds in inner side. It contains high fiber and vitamin c, vitamin A. It's soup is so tasty and healthy.
Steps

Cut into halves passion fruits, collect the pulp with seeds.

Squeeze with half cup of water, strain and remove the seeds.

Heat water, add passion fruit juice.

Add Jaggery syrup, salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder, ginger.

Bring it to boil finely in medium flame.

Heat a small pan, add cooking oil, mustard seeds and red chilli.

Let it splutter.

Add curry leaves, pour into boiling soup.

Serve in hot before lunch or use as rasam with plain rice.
