Ingredients

  • 1 kgmutton mince
  • 3large onions chopped
  • 2tomatoes pureed
  • 1 tspginger chilli paste
  • 1 tspwhole cumin
  • 2-3cardamoms
  • 2cloves
  • 3garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 bowlchopped spinach
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1btsp chilli powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspground cumin
  • 1 tspcoarse black pepper powder
  • Lots of dhania
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 1/2 bowlpeas

Steps

  1. 1

    In a cooking pot add the oil, once hot. Add the garlic

  2. 2

    Saute, add onions.Once brown add the spinach. Mix well

  3. 3

    Now add the tge mince.

  4. 4

    Add all the other ings. Mix well. Cover let this cook for 1/2 an hour,now add the peas & cook for another 15 mins

  5. 5

    Sprinkle dhania. Serve with hot Rotis
